Advisory

Sometimes founders need a second opinion as a gut-check, and once they have it, they’re ready to execute. Whether it’s deciding our recruiting strategy or a nuanced contract negotiation term, I’m here as a partner across all GTM topics.

As an Advisor, I meet with founders weekly to ensure they have their bases covered.


Coaching

Far more tactical and hands-on than advisory, coaching ensures founders (and their founding teams) are running a best-in-class selling motion to hit ARR milestones as quickly as possible. Deal deep-dives, pipeline reviews, and reviewing customer calls to uncover where we can improve on process or messaging all contribute to an increased win rate and higher ASPs.

As a Coach, I meet with founders and their teams live throughout the week and support them asynch via phone & slack.
